Channel Partner Manager

    Nexford University is looking for an adept Channel Partner Manager who will be focused primarily on recruitment through channel marketing. This person will be managing communications with direct learners within Nigeria via in-person consultations, phone, email, and online platforms. The Channel Partner Manager is the point person for all channel accounts such as university affiliates, ambassadors, traffic, and influencer partners. This person will be engaging with various individuals and organizations to establish recruitment relationships and best practices. It is also the responsibility of the Channel Partner Manager to nurture potential learners through all avenues and track follow-up outreach leading up to enrollment.

    Reporting to the Nigeria Country Manager, this person will also coordinate events targeted at current learners and community building and generally serve as a point of contact for Nexford’s regional activities.

    Summary of Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a point of contact when liaising with learners, channel partners, and partner learners and assisting with the enrollment process
    • Maintain records, reporting, and analysis for all channel accounts
    • Track and analyze data (data analytics) towards goals and KPIs
    • Coordinate in-person consultations with potential learners, along with inbound and outbound phone conversations with learners
    • Support / coordinate logistics for community events
    • Organize weekly briefs, progress reports, and updates
    • Conduct research, outreach, and pursue new enrollment growth avenues
    • Conduct follow up calls and general outreach to channel partners and learners

     

    Ideal Candidate profile 

    • A Bachelor’s degree is required, an advanced degree is a plus
    • 5+ years of prior work experience with account management, customer care, sales or partnerships
    • Experience using B2B marketing tools and CRMs (such as Salesforce) to facilitate effective management reporting
    • Experience in approaching, and communicating with potential learners or partners across diverse organizations
    • Good familiarity with corporate decision-making processes including budget processes, appropriation, protocols, and communications
    • Experience with multi-tasking and the development and achievement of goals and targets
    • Strong planning and analytical skills
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
