From 22nd-24th June 2016, London will play host to the 18th African Energy Forum (AEF). Taking place at the O2 InterContinental Hotel, AEF 2016 will provide a platform for European investors to meet with stakeholders originating from countries such as originating from South Africa, Ghana, Mozambique, Nigeria, Morocco, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Cameroon, BurundiNamibia, Madagascar, Zambia, Bénin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Lesotho and Central African Republic.

With up to 2,000 c-suite, global power sector executives expected to be in attendance, the Forum will focus on the theme of “Mergers and Acquisitions”.

At the event, African Ministers will inform delegates about the investment landscape in their respective countries, and will seek to encourage European to invest in the burgeoning regions.

The EU, Africa’s largest trading partner, accounts for 20% of the global foreign direct investment (FDI) coming into Africa.

AEF 2016 is a forum open to all c-suite professionals and project developers.
